Membership is offered at $49 USD per month and renews automatically unless cancelled.
Any free trial or introductory offer, where applicable, will automatically continue into a paid membership unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
It is your responsibility to ensure cancellation is completed before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access until that time.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by law.
5. Personal Responsibility
By participating in any content on this platform, you acknowledge that you are choosing to engage in physical movement voluntarily and are fully responsible for your own participation.
You agree to move within your personal limits and make adjustments as needed.
6. Health & Safety
You confirm that you are in suitable health to take part in movement-based practices.
If you have any injury, medical condition, or health concern that may affect your ability to exercise safely, you agree to seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
If you are pregnant or postpartum, you understand that exercise requires extra care and confirm that you have received appropriate medical clearance where needed.
You are responsible for paying attention to your body and stopping or modifying any practice that does not feel safe.
7. Risk Acknowledgement
Physical activity carries inherent risk. By using this platform, you understand and accept that injury or discomfort may occur and that you participate at your own discretion.
8. Liability Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitNCalm Studio, its owners, instructors, contractors, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may result from your participation in any content or services.
You agree that you will not hold the platform liable for any outcomes related to your use of the services.

We do not guarantee specific results from any program, class, or content. Individual experiences and outcomes may vary.

Accounts are for individual use only and must not be shared.
